Four, 50 minute sessions

I offer practical non-medical support to individuals, families and their communities during and after death, including managing medical equipment, coordinating care with healthcare providers, and organizing personal belongings. I help you to prepare necessary paperwork, make schedules for care teams and communicate choices with family and community. I serve as a companion and advocate for your choices before, during, and after death.

Each session is 60 minutes and typically purchased in 10 packs.
